"Photographic Works"
Through my photographs, I want to depict the truth in all its purity. I want to show the hidden and unexpected beauty in people, places and actions.
Wenn ich nach dem Ursprung meiner Inspiration gefragt werde, ist meine Antwort eine einfache: Ich finde die Motive meiner Fotos nicht, sie finden mich. Und wenn dies passiert, vertiefe ich mich in die Geschichten der Menschen und versuche sie so authentisch wie möglich einzufangen. Und ich bevorzuge spontane Fotografie.
In letzter Zeit erforsche ich am liebsten Einfachheit und Minimalismus - obwohl ich mir früher ein Foto ohne ein menschliches Motiv nicht vorstellen konnte.
Durch Fotografie möchte ich die Wahrheit in all ihrer Reinheit darstellen. Ich möchte die verborgene und unerwartete Schönheit in Menschen, Orten und Handlungen abbilden.

When people ask me where my inspiration is coming from, I tell them: I don’t find the motives of my photos, they find me. And when they do, I seek the stories in the people and try to capture them, true to the bone. I prefer spontaneous photography above all other.
Lately, I am starting to explore simplicity and minimalism - although previously I could not imagine a photo without the presence of people.

I was born in Serbia, where I finished University and worked as a doctor. In 2003 I moved to Crimea where I first discovered interest in the art of photography. Although it started as a hobby in 2007, it turned out to be my biggest passion.
Since then, I have traveled around the world and have taken thousands of photos and in that time I’ve realized that my favorite type of photography is “ Street photography” although I enjoy taking portraits and nudes as well.
Ranko wurde im Serbien geboren, wo er die Medizin-Universität abgeschlossen hat (Ausbildung zum Allgemeinarzt). In 2003 übersiedelte er auf die Krim und entdeckte dort sein Interesse für Fotografie.
Was als Hobby in 2007 begonnen hatte, entwickelte sich zu seiner größten Leidenschaft. Seitdem reiste er um die Welt und schoss tausende von Fotos, bis sich “Street photography” zu seiner Lieblingsgattung entwickelte. Zusätzlich liebt er auch Portrait- und Aktfotos.
